Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager/Biller to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and maintaining financial records including the daily billing and account aging.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

-provide daily reports, monthly reports, and keep Aging report at a minimum

-Maintain a happy, positive, uplifting attitude at all times

  • Manage office budget and expenses

  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support

  • Coordinate and oversee office activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Assist with Dental Treatment plans

  • Collaborate with front and back office to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication

  • complete payroll every 2 weeks

  • Oversee office inventory and ordering of supplies for front office

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role

  • Knowledge of medical administrative support processes and procedures

  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Familiarity with acute care or managed care settings is a plus
