The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation. They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.

Key responsibilities/skills:

  • Prepare and manage change orders
  • Prepare and manage procure to pay process
  • Administration of payment procedures
  • Administration of back-charges and resolution of claims
  • Interface with multiple departments and disciplines to evaluate Seller/Subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Interface with Business Services for invoice and document management resolution
  • Oversee sub-contractors.
  • Track material costs and quantities entering project sites
  • Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory
  • Other duties as assigned
