Location: Monticello, Illinois

Shift: Day/Evening shift

Schedule: 36 hours/weekly 3/12 hour shifts with rotating Saturdays

Job Summary: Provides direct patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspect of care: meets the communication needs of patient and family: provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the direct supervision of a physician. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Requirements

Regulatory Requirements:

  • Current LPN/RN licensure in the State of Illinois
  • Current BLS certification
  • One year experience in medical office clinic, hospital or nursing home setting
