Front Office Team Lead

Full Time : Monday - Friday


We are seeking an in person candidate able to multi task in a high volume office. This position requires problem solving skills and the ability to be professional at all times. The office has multiple doctors and is very fast paced.

Responsibilities:

-Manage non-clinical staff

-Communicate between staff, doctors, management and patients to clearly and effectively limit conflict, de-escalate and drive positive outcomes

-Enforce office policy fairly and consistently

-Scheduling staff and keeping the office schedule full

-Support Doctors and Staff when needed

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field

-3-5 years management in a healthcare setting

-Proven leadership in a high production atmosphere

- Proven commitment to success
