Position Summary
The University of New Mexico Department of Athletics is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic student to serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for Lobo Athletics. In the role of Office Assistant, you will support daily front desk operations while delivering outstanding customer service to Lobo fans, donors, staff, and student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct students, visitors, faculty, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
• Assist with sorting, preparing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform campus errands as needed
• Operate standard office equipment, including copiers and fax machines
• Organize and file documents
• Support special projects and assignments as directed
The ideal candidate will be reliable, personable, and responsible, with a strong commitment to customer service.
