CableCom is seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team. This will be a hybrid position, with a majority of the work being done remotely, however the candidate will be required to work onsite at one of our offices as determined by business needs.

What you'll do
  • Track, monitor and renew business licenses across all cities/states in which CableCom operates
  • Assist in ensuring subcontractor compliance with insurance regulations, contractual obligations, billing etc.
  • Onboarding of new subcontractors
  • Perform assigned tasks as related to specific functions that may include any combination of general clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phones, filing, data entry, making copies, etc.).
  • Maintain a neat and orderly office environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need
  • Prior work related experience.
  • Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

The wage range for Office Coordinator is $19.00 - $24.00
