Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated PART-TIME front office coordinators to be a part of our growing medspa! Our front desk coordinator is at the heart of our office and involves extensive customer service, multitasking and communication skills. We are a busy medical spa that is seeking a new team member in our Albuquerque location. Responsibilities would include, but not limited to: greeting clients, membership sales, collecting payments, confirming appointments, taking calls and scheduling clients for our team, etc. Being an energetic team member that is detail oriented and has a strong work ethic is a must. Sales incentives and commissions provided.

The right candidate will have open availability Thursday and Fridays from 130-7pm and Saturday 8:45am- 5:00pm

Position Qualifications:

- 1 yrs + Front Desk Experience Preferred (medical preferred)

- Extremely organized with attention to detail

- Ability to use multi provider scheduling system

- Knowledge of laser and esthetic treatments as well as cosmetic injectables preferred

- Team player attitude

- Strong Sales/Customer Service experience

- Answer Phones in a Professional Manner

- Greet Clients and provide them with a warm welcome

- Provide individualized attention to clients and have extensive knowledge of their membership plan

- Schedule appointments with accuracy

- Gather paperwork for clients to organize it into our online software system.

- Keep track of clients and their appointments

- Keep inventory records

-Commission on Product sales and membership sales too!
