Job Description: We're looking for a polished, personable Office Assistant to serve as the face and voice of a busy corporate office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating a warm, professional first impression and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to person for visitors, callers, vendors, and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and staff at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Field incoming calls, screen inquiries, and route them to the correct team or contact
  • Manage visitor check-in and notify hosts of arrivals
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; coordinate outgoing shipments
  • Liaise with couriers, building vendors, and service partners as needed
  • Keep supply closets, breakrooms, and conference rooms stocked, tidy, and presentable
  • Track supply levels and help coordinate reordering with office management
  • Help prepare meeting spaces and support visitor hospitality
  • Provide general administrative support — filing, data entry, copying, and document prep

Qualifications:
