Job description

Comsource Management Inc., an Associa company, is currently looking for a Office Assistant to join our team in Gaithersburg, Maryland. As an Office Assistant you will work closely with the onsite Management team and other departments within Associa and Comsource Management Inc. To be successful in this role, you will need great clerical and customer service skills and ability to work on large projects.
How will you make an impact?
The Office Assistant helps the company by:

  • Supporting the onsite General and Assistant Manager with day-to-day property operations.
  • Perform clerical duties to include typing, filing, answering phones, sorting mail and general office management duties.
  • Responding to homeowner's inquiries and preparing communications/memos to homeowners.
  • Ensures the property space is clean, functional and meets the standards of the Homeowners Association.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Salary Range: $20.00-$22.00 DOE
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
Weekly availability of 20-40 hours.
