Job Summary
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: greeting instructors, vendors, and students. Providing general information to students and visitors, compiling information from various sources, photocopying, and filing. Proficiency in Excel.
This is part time, with a maximum of 19 hours per week. Hours may be flexible during workweek of Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday, 8 am - to Noon based on department need.
Pay: $15.00 an hour

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
