Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy dental practice. This role requires a strong leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high-performing, patient-focused environment.

Compensation

  • $24 - $28 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain a productive, efficient provider schedule with minimal gaps
  • Verify dental insurance, manage benefits, and ensure accurate patient estimates
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, collections, and follow-up on outstanding balances
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including scheduling, production, and collections
  • Utilize Dentrix to manage patient records, schedules, billing, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, HIPAA, and company standards

Qualifications

  • Previous dental office management or supervisory experience required (2+ years)
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
  • Experience with insurance verification, AR, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency with Dentrix
