Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Professional to assist with the administrative and bookkeeping funcitons of our ourthodontic laboratory. This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring efficient office operations and supporting seamless communication between clients, vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily admin operations, including vendor and customer correspondence and recordkeeping

Assist with bookkeeping funcitons, including AP, AR and payment processing

Assist with inventory maintenance

Serve as lliaison betwee the lab, orthodontic offices and vendors for admin and financial matters

Monitor and order office supplies

Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial procedures

Support HR function and maintain employee records (as needed)

Identify and implement pocess improvements to increse efficiency and accuracy
