Job Summary:
Essel is looking for a dedicated and organized Project Administrator to join our team. As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in assisting project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring the progress of projects. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will contribute to the successful completion of projects within established timelines.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in developing project plans, objectives, and schedules.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all necessary resources are available.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other project documentation.
  • Track project expenses and maintain accurate project budgets.
  • Conduct research and compile data for project reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project team members.
  • Manage project files, documentation, and records.
