Job Summary:ย 

A Dental Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the dental office to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This includes managing patient service issues to guarantee high levels of guest satisfaction, fostering office morale to promote a positive company culture, and creating staff schedules. The Dental Office Manager is expected to complete daily and monthly reports and take on additional responsibilities as required to support the office's needs.
