Bilingual Office Assistant (English & Spanish)

We are seeking a professional, organized, and bilingual Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist English- and Spanish-speaking clients, manage administrative tasks, answer phones, and help maintain an efficient and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks
