Full-Time Office Assistant — Mail & Document Support
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Pay Rate: $26/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Judicial Court Receivers, LLC (JCR) is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to own our daily mail operations and support account-related phone and document work. This is a hands-on role for someone who is punctual, organized, comfortable with high-volume repetitive tasks, and confident on the phone handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities

Mail Operations

  • Pick up mail daily at 8:00 AM sharp from the UPS Store and deliver it to the office
  • Drop off outgoing mail at the Post Office at the end of each day
  • Open, sort, and organize up to 1,000 pieces of mail per day
  • Scan documents into our system and complete accurate data entry
  • Maintain the mailroom's organization and follow internal workflows
  • Handle confidential legal documents with professionalism and discretion
Phone & Document Support

  • Make outbound calls to banks, courts, and other third parties to obtain or verify account information
  • Process and follow up on documentation related to court-ordered payment plans
  • Accurately document all calls and updates in our system
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Requirements

  • Active driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (required for daily mail pickups/drop-offs)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
