We’re seeking a polished and reliable Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Southlake office and provide administrative support that keeps daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

· Welcome guests and answer/forward incoming calls with professionalism.

· Manage front office operations, including mail, shipping, supplies, and vendor coordination.

· Coordinate meetings and schedules: calendar management, conference room reservations, travel arrangements, and visitor check‐ins.

· Assist with administrative support: filing, scanning, typing, formatting documents, expense reconciliation, and data entry.

· Maintain a clean and organized office environment, with light housekeeping tasks as needed.

· Provide support to management, including occasional local errands or ad hoc assignments.

What We’re Looking For

· A friendly, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

· 1+ year of receptionist, office support, or administrative experience.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.

· Detail‐oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

· Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
