Job Summary:
Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for luxury aircraft and aviation? Join our client's team in Battle Creek, Michigan, where we craft hand-built biplanes using techniques from the 1920s and 1930s. They are seeking a Director of Sales to lead the sales department, develop strategies, and drive revenue for their unique product line. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will report directly to the CEO and manage sales for all subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets for luxury aircraft in the Americas.
  • Cultivate leads, close sales, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to drive business growth.
  • Manage sales distribution, set quotas, analyze performance metrics, and establish training programs.
  • Travel to conduct site visits, attend trade shows, and promote the brand.
  • Prepare sales documentation, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, generate sales reports, and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications:
