This position offers a dynamic mix of independent research and teamwork, with the opportunity to directly influence talent management and organizational strategy.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Occupational Analyst position, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Occupational Analyst, you need a strong background in data analysis, workforce research methodologies, and a relevant degree such as in psychology, human resources, or labor economics. Familiarity with labor market databases, statistical software like SPSS or SAS, and certifications such as the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are commonly valued.
