Our client has built a culture centered on clinical excellence and strong professional relationships. This role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a structured clinic environment and enjoys the balance of high-level clinical oversight, staff mentorship, and operational leadership. We are looking for a leader who is ready to invest in a team-oriented atmosphere where progress is celebrated and quality care is the standard.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Supportive Environment: Access to administrative support to allow you to focus on clinical integrity and team development.

Position Summary

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the culture of the clinic while mentoring the next generation of clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight & Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for initial treatment and re-authorizations.

  • Manage clinical outcomes with a focus on high-quality, "gold-standard" care.

Leadership & Center Management

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring consistent session attendance and clinical integrity.

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to maintain a productive, positive, and ethical work environment.

  • Provide supervision for student analyst interns as they work toward their own board certification.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital data collection platforms and clinical documentation.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to be physically active, sit on the floor, and lift up to 40 pounds to engage fully with clients during play-based assessments.
