Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Yes
Locals Accepted: N - must be > 75 miles
Patient Diagnoses: The RN supervisor serves as a resource for problem solving, providing clinical expertise, facilitates staff mentoring and coaching, and facilitates patient flow during the off shifts (typically evenings, nights, weekends and holidays) for the entire 180 bed facility that consists of 5 units that care for residents with diagnoses of dementia, DM, CVA, cardiac, orthopedic tx, etc.
Special Procedures/Unit Details:
Moore Place- neurobehavioral unit with residents with diagnosis of dementia or alzheimer's with violent behaviors.
Bilz unit- Rehab unit with residents s/p orthopedic surgery, cardiac procedures, etc that rehab to go home
Vantassel unit- secure dementia unit for residents at risk for elopement
Schulz unit- residents who are long term care
Wolf unit- residents who are long term care
Special Equipment: Wound vacs, PICC lines, nephrostomy tubes, tube feeds, indwelling catheters, colostomys, etc.
Certifications: BLS
