Job Description: Quality Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of healthcare services provided at Monroe Community Hospital.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements for healthcare personnel.
  • Oversee personnel management, including conducting background checks, maintaining necessary licenses, and managing staffing schedules.
  • Coordinate and provide mandatory educational training for healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with certification requirements.
  • Implement and ensure staff training in federally-mandated areas, including effective communication, resident's rights, abuse prevention, infection control, and more.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in New York State.
