Full Time & Part Time

3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC in Rochester, NY. As a RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring that our nursing staff provides exceptional service to our residents. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of nursing staff to ensure provision of high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures

  • Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of care and identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with the nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Monitor and manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays
