These roles often focus on assisting senior researchers, conducting usability tests, analyzing feedback, and learning research methodologies on the job. Employers may look for transferable skills like curiosity, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving rather than direct UX research experience. Strong communication, empathy, and curiosity stand out as key soft skills, enabling you to connect with users and team members effectively.
