Title: UX Researcher III
We are looking for a UX Researcher III to support a fast-moving, AI-powered product focused on business and advertiser experiences. This role will own the end-to-end execution of tactical qualitative research studies, from scoping research questions and selecting the appropriate methodology through moderation, analysis, synthesis, and stakeholder readouts. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, comfortable working independently, and able to deliver actionable research within rapid product-development cycles.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Scope research questions based on product-team needs and research priorities.
  • Design and execute qualitative studies, including in-depth interviews, diary studies, concept testing, usability testing, and asynchronous research.
  • Develop discussion guides, screeners, task protocols, and other research materials.
  • Independently moderate remote live sessions and asynchronous studies.
  • Analyze and code qualitative data, synthesize findings, and create clear, actionable research readouts.
  • Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Research stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple studies and product areas in a fast-paced environment, with research cycles that may be completed within approximately 5-7 business days.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate study design, analysis, synthesis, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of experience conducting qualitative UX or product research.
  • Strong hands-on experience with in-depth interviews, usability testing, concept testing, and/or diary studies.
  • Proven ability to independently moderate remote research sessions.
  • Experience analyzing qualitative data, synthesizing insights, and producing actionable research findings or readouts.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners including Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving product environment with frequent context switching and ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant social science, HCI, research discipline, or equivalent applied professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience conducting B2B or SMB research.
  • Experience researching business users, advertisers, merchants, or similar professional audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled research tools, AI moderators, synthesis assistants, synthetic personas, or similar workflows.
  • Experience with platforms such as dscout or comparable qualitative research tools.
  • Experience managing or conducting research through customer panels, research communities, or recurring participant groups.
  • Experience delivering research within agile or sprint-based product environments.
