Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead user research efforts across multiple product lines, including gathering and analyzing data through lab studies, ethnography, surveys, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to identify and prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, creating executive summaries, journey maps, personas, and user flows.
  • Advocate for user-centered design practices, ensuring insights drive the development of intuitive and impactful digital experiences.
