UX Researcher & Designer - Software & Agile TeamsRole Overview

We are seeking a UX Researcher & Designer to drive user-centered design practices across our software development lifecycle. This role blends user research, interaction design, and usability testing to create intuitive, data-driven digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Agile teams to ensure that user needs are deeply understood and effectively translated into scalable design solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesUser Research & Insights
  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, contextual inquiry).
  • Analyze user behavior, workflows, and pain points to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and research reports.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align research priorities with business goals.
UX & Interaction Design
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Apply design thinking principles to solve complex user problems.
  • Ensure designs adhere to usability, accessibility (WCAG), and design system standards.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability findings.
Agile Collaboration
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Translate research insights into user stories, acceptance criteria, and design artifacts.
