Job Title: Experience Design & Research Lead
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 2 Days/Week)
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Experience Design & Research Lead to drive UX strategy and user research for a large-scale eProcurement transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will lead people-centered design efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape modern digital experiences for enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX strategy, service design, and user research initiatives.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
  • Create personas, wireframes, prototypes, and service blueprints.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define user-centric solutions.
  • Establish UX standards, accessibility guidelines, and success metrics.
  • Drive AI-enabled, data-driven, and human-centered design practices.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of UX Design, UX Research, or Service Design experience.
  • Expertise in User Research, Journey Mapping, Information Architecture, Wireframing, and Prototyping.
  • Experience with enterprise digital transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled design and modern UX methodologies.

Preferred

  • Public sector or ERP/procurement platform experience.
  • Experience with accessibility standards and cloud modernization.
  • Background in large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
