To thrive as a Freelance User Experience Researcher, you need expertise in UX research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis, often supported by a relevant degree or certification in human-computer interaction or a related field. Familiarity with tools like UserTesting, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics is typically required.
