Job description

About Block Labs
Block Labs is a premier technology studio operating at the bleeding edge of Web3, Artificial Intelligence, and iGaming. We don't just ship features; we engineer high-scale, production-grade platforms that power the next generation of digital products.
We are a collective of senior engineers, product strategists, and builders who refuse to compromise on architecture. Whether we are designing autonomous multi-agent AI systems, building decentralized financial infrastructure, or architecting high-frequency iGaming platforms, our standard is excellence.
We move fast, but we build for the long term. If you are looking to work alongside a team that values deep technical expertise, thoughtful system design, and product ownership, Block Labs is where you belong.
About the Role
We're expanding our QA capacity and looking for a QA Tester to join our growing quality team. In this role, you'll work closely with QA Leads and development squads to execute test plans, run regression suites, and ensure our gaming platform and crypto payment products meet the highest quality standards before reaching production. This is a hands-on manual testing role with clear growth opportunities as the team scales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute manual test cases across web and mobile platforms, covering functional, regression, and smoke testing scenarios.
  • Run structured regression suites before production releases, logging defects with clear reproduction steps and severity classification.
  • Verify bug fixes and validate that resolved issues do not introduce new regressions in related areas.
  • Collaborate with QA Leads and developers to clarify requirements, flag ambiguities, and ensure test coverage aligns with acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and update test case documentation, keeping test suites current as features evolve.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, providing testing status updates and raising blockers early.
  • Support exploratory testing efforts to uncover edge cases and usability issues beyond scripted test plans.
About You:
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in manual software testing, ideally within gaming platforms, fintech, or payments.
  • You are comfortable working across web and mobile platforms and can adapt quickly to new product areas. Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing (e.g. BrowserStack) is a plus.
  • You have a strong eye for detail and can identify edge cases, inconsistencies, and usability issues that others might miss.
  • You can write clear, structured bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected versus actual results, and supporting evidence (screenshots, logs).
  • Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail, Testmo, or similar is a plus.
  • You have basic familiarity with developer tools (browser DevTools, API testing with Postman or similar) to support debugging and defect investigation.
  • Experience with real-time gaming platforms, multiplayer systems, or digital entertainment products is strongly preferred. Blockchain or crypto payments exposure is a bonus.
  • You communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, and are comfortable collaborating asynchronously with distributed teams.
  • You are proactive, take ownership of your test assignments, and flag risks or blockers without waiting to be asked.

What kind of culture can I expect?
Mature, mission-driven, and low-ego. We value clarity over noise, outcomes over theatrics, and pace without chaos. If you're one of the smartest minds in your craft and want to build with other experts, you'll feel at home here.
