Proofreader โ€“ Marketing Support
Location: White Plains, NY
Compensation:$40-45k
Work modality: hybrid schedule, after being fully trained

The Role

We're looking for a sharp-eyed Proofreader who can spot a typo from a mile away and make sure our written materials are polished, accurate, and on-brand. From internal communications to client-facing documents, you'll help ensure our words reflect our best work.

What You'll Do

  • Review documents, presentations, and marketing materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors
  • Ensure wording and images are positioned correctly
  • Maintain and verify information for Master Data list
  • Review print ads for proper spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Manage multiple projects on tight timelines
  • Suggest improvements to enhance readability and impact

What You Bring
