The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

Contingent Worker Proofing Coordinator

This role is part of the RTX People Services Employee Relations and Compliance Operations team. In this role, the Coordinator Contingent Worker Proofing will be responsible for contingent worker US Person verification, HCM data maintenance and process compliance. You will work closely with workers, suppliers and other internal partners to support the Contingent Worker proofing process and compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Accurately identify onboarding worker's US Person and/or citizenship status based on provided documentation

  • Effectively communicate and partner with worker, sponsor and supplier to ensure compliance with Global Trade requirements

  • Utilize SOP to process assigned work and meet operational goals

  • Maintain compliance with Human Resources/Global Trade policies and procedures

  • Effectively manage and document assigned cases through ServiceNow

Qualifications You Must Have

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.

  • Prior experience with Case Management tools (i.e.. ServiceNow).

  • 2+ years experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced, compliance-driven environment.

  • Previous experience working in an HR or Global Trade Compliance support role.

  • Previous experience working in shared service model.

  • Experience supporting internal/external audits.

  • Working knowledge of HCM (i.e. Workday).

Work Location : This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Cedar Rapids, IA or Farmington, CT.

The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
