Job Description: MDS Manager is responsible for documentation verification of all nursing care administered. MDS Registered Nurse Manager is responsible for resident MDS data collection and documentation, completion of resident assessments, care plan, Rap summaries. MDS Nurse Manager complies with OBRA requirements, complete care plan schedules and meet with families and residents to discuss plans of care. MDS Manager collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to discuss resident plans of care.
