NEBRASKA MEDICINE ITEMS OF NOTE:
- Non-Billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours of non-billable orientation. Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation.
- Call-Off Policy: Client can call off equivalent of 36 hours every 13 weeks
- Local Radius: Client does not accept local candidates and has a 100 mile radius restriction.

1. General job duties. Types of procedures required
Scrub in and manipulate fluoro table, operate and assist with percutaneous procedures, operate and manipulat manifold.
PCI, high risk PCI, CTO, Heart failure, structural, TAVR, Mitrcal Clip, be knowledgeable on supplies, and other structural procedures.
2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, ect.)

3. Required skills & minimum years of experience
2 years minimum experience, preferably at least 3. Must have experience with both structural and PCI.
4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, ect.)
ACLS, BLS, ARRT, Nebraska state radiology license
5. Shift or schedule requirements (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekend required?)
Monday-Friday 10 hour shifts, call 2-3 weeknights and 1 full weekend per month
