-High School Diploma or GED.

-Successfully pass a background check.

-At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.

-A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through.

-Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, moving quickly, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

-You're self-motivated and thrive in an autonomous role.

-You're open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.

-You're comfortable using MS Office Suite, CRM/ATS systems, and multiple digital platforms.
