You’ll often work in pairs or teams under the supervision of a site foreman, and your shifts may require early mornings or extended hours based on project needs. Attention to safety protocols and staying alert for changing traffic conditions are important parts of the job. The role is highly collaborative and essential for keeping roadwork and construction sites safe for everyone involved.
