About the Role:

As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. You will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with complex needs, while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
