Schedule: 6 PM - 6 AM

Brookshire Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a talented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing personnel to provide exceptional care to patients and residents

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and residents

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients and residents

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Perform various medical procedures and treatments

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient and resident care

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care

Requirements:
