Job Summary:
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Alice Manor, a leading provider of sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care services in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift RN Supervisor to join our team. As a Night Shift RN Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients and provide exceptional care in a homelike environment. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional service to our residents and their families.

About the Role:
As a Night Shift RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing team during the night shift. You will be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and that our team is functioning efficiently. You will Lead by Example, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to our staff members. You will also work closely with our patients and their families to understand their unique needs and develop individualized care plans that meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the care of patients on the night shift, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and services.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluates patient care plans in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.

  • Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to our nursing staff members.

  • Manage and coordinate the flow of patients on the night shift, ensuring that all patients receive timely and efficient care.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Current RN License: Must have a current RN license in the state of Maryland.

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care or sub-acute rehabilitation setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct a team of healthcare professionals.
