Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term & Post-Acute Care

Location: Lewis Park Post Acute - Hohenwald, TN

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / PRN

Shifts: [Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available]

Reports To: Director of Nursing

Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Tennessee
  • CPR/BLS certification (must be current).
  • Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute rehab preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Commitment to resident-centered care and team collaboration.
  • 3 year's experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up toXXlbs and assist residents as needed.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.
