Many hospitals provide support through nurse supervisors, robust handoff procedures, and strong team communication practices. Additionally, Night Shift RNs often develop close-knit relationships with fellow team members and receive training in managing fatigue and work-life balance. These measures help ensure patient safety and a supportive work environment during overnight shifts.
