APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Remote Medical Administrative Assistant to support our growing healthcare operations. If you enjoy helping patients, coordinating administrative tasks, and working in a fast-paced virtual environment, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll support healthcare providers and patients by scheduling appointments, maintaining electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), verifying patient information, assisting with administrative workflows, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in healthcare administration, medical office support, patient services, or customer service.
What You'll Do
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and secure patient messages.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).
  • Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and eligibility.
  • Assist with patient registration, onboarding, and intake documentation.
  • Coordinate referrals and communicate with providers and healthcare facilities.
  • Process administrative paperwork and maintain confidential records.
  • Support billing documentation and insurance-related administrative tasks.
  • Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company privacy policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient patient care coordination.
  • Complete additional administrative projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare administration, medical office support, customer service, or administrative support.
