American Refrigeration Supplies, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of A/C and heating equipment, accessories and supplies and has been serving our customers for 85 years. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Receptionist to join our team at our Corporate Phoenix office. This position is full-time (typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
About the position:
The Receptionist will act as the face of the Organization both telephonically and in person. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks effectively. Primarily the receptionist will be greeting customers both internal and external and acting as the gatekeeper for calls, in person visits, coordinating room spaces and more. The receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring efficient front desk operations.
  • Manage multi-line phone system: Answer, screen, and redirect calls professionally.
  • Greet visitors in a friendly manner and ensure they are directed appropriately.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and maintain schedules.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, claims processing and handle document management.
  • Assist with marketing projects and perform accurate data entry tasks and contact information maintenance.
  • Support corporate staff through ad hoc and routine tasks as assigned by Administrative Support Manager.
  • Maintain a professional and tidy reception area.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Employee must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
