Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Respond to emails, live chat messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
Greet and assist clients virtually while maintaining a positive and professional image.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and calendar events.
