Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming heart of our facility, creating a comforting and efficient environment for every patient journey.
Every day, you will expertly manage patient reception, coordinate essential administrative tasks, leverage technology for seamless operations, and thoughtfully guide diverse patient populations, ensuring they feel at ease and understand their care instructions.
To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, technological proficiency, genuine compassion for patient well-being, and an adaptable, patient approach to facilitating a positive experience for all.
  • Performs various clerical duties to include: Maintain departmental deposit logs, prepare routine schedules and reports, utilize analytical skills necessary to maintain provider schedules
  • Ensures positive customer service atmosphere and interactions in reception areas
  • Oversees waiting area
  • Answers the telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner
  • Coordinate patient movement, reports problems or irregularities
  • Working knowledge of multi-line phones

*Preferred candidate reside in Arizona due to a one week mandatory onsite training in Prescott, AZ. This is a fully remote position after training period*
