Our Opportunity 

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for KPS Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise new launch activities in all manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with NAL Standard Processes & Quality Requirements. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your Priorities 

  • Oversees new product launch activities within his/her assigned plant. 
  • Coordinates launch activities with launch team, engineers, General Foremen & Production Control. 
  • Ensures new product manufacturing processes meet NAL production and quality requirements. 
  • Attends trials of all new products being launched, and maintains records of all results. 
  • Ensures the production of quality lamps that meet customer requirements for on new product launches within his/her assigned plant. 
  • Addresses all emergencies and requests from department supervisors regarding new product launches in a responsible and professional manner. 


The salary range for this position is $57,500 - $77,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.

Requirements

Your Background 

High School diploma or equivalent, plus 5 years of manufacturing experience. 

Associate degree in a business or technical field related to manufacturing, and 1 - 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
