Title: New Product Introduction Project Manager
Location: Libertyville, IL

Position Summary
Seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead new product introduction projects from development through commercialization within a medical device manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage NPI projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
  • Support product transfer, process development, and manufacturing scale-up activities.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring on-time product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in medical device manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of NPI, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing operations.
