Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within a medical device manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, project timelines, product launches, and manufacturing readiness activities from development through commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage NPI projects for medical device products.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
  • Drive project timelines, budgets, risk management, and deliverables.
  • Support product transfer, process development, and manufacturing scale-up activities.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in medical device manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of NPI, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing operations.
  • Experience working in regulated FDA/GMP environments.
