Title: Product Launch Manager
Location: Onsite at Lisle, IL
Duration: 5 Months
 
Hours: 8 AM - 5PM 
 
Note: Pay depending on experience.
Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered.
 
Description:
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Support Launch Director in helping manage cross-functional integration across C8R workstreams and sub-workstreams
  • manage our workstream deliverables and translate that into clear and actionable project management deliverables
  • Run Peer Reviews/Integration Workshops, as needed, across workstreams and functional teams to facilitate alignment and consolidate effective execution plans
  • Track Launch Readiness KPI and scorecard
  • Use PMO tool (Adobe WorkFront) to track & manage all of C8R deliverables
  • Works with functional teams who delivers the work and provide feedback/guidance for senior leadership presentation & reporting
  • When closer to launch, can support Q/VC build and customer order solicitation process, working with engineering, PMO & sale ops (administrative support)
*******experience using PMO tools like Adobe Workfront, Monday.com, or Equivalent 
 
We are looking for someone (most likely 6) who has:
  • Experience with complex product launches  (non-engineering)
  • Experience with commercial op/business + product integration
  • Managed ambiguity and shifting timelines
