  • Experience:4+ years in new product introduction, manufacturing, quality, or process engineering, preferably in catheter manufacturing
  • Skills:Strong project management, cross-functional communication, detail orientation, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Technical Skills:Familiarity with SolidWorks and AutoCAD (2D/3D), Green Belt certification in Lean or Six Sigma preferred
  • Industry Knowledge:Experience with catheter manufacturing processes (extrusion, molding, balloon forming, braiding, packaging, assembly)
