Successful Louisiana builder Alvarez Construction is looking for a top professional with integrity and proven sales skills who would like to make a difference in people's lives and enjoy a career in New Home Sales. With millions of dollars of brand-new move-in ready homes to sell, we are looking for top-notch professionals with the following skills and abilities:


  • Sales Experience - Must have recently demonstrated success in either Retail, Car Sales, Apartment Leasing, Hospitality or New Home sales.
  • Self-Motivated, and coachable with an enthusiasm to learn and be trained.
  • Desire for personal development and to follow proven training program.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to follow a proven sales path, manage objections and ask for the sale.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Good listening skills, integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Creative writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to write professional emails.
  • Follow up daily with the ability to use the company CRM daily, with email, text, and phone to follow up make appointments and sales.
  • Willingness to work weekends in a model home and be available for Grand Openings and Sales events.
  • Desire to maintain the model home(s) in pristine condition and maintain the company's high standards in the community with signage and appearance.
  • Participate in Realtor outreach and help drive qualified sales traffic to make sales.


Model Home Hours:
Tuesday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Closed Mondays


Income & Compensation:


This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Earning potential ranges from $80,000 to $150,000+ per year based on performance, with unlimited potential due to our strong land positions and growing community pipeline across Louisiana.


Commission is paid on a tiered structure based on the sale price of each home. In addition to base commission, team members have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses.
