Our current Sales Professionals expect to earn over $100,000 annually with the opportunity to earn much more.


Our professionals create a first class and comfortable home buying experience to new prospects and assist them throughout the entire sales and construction process. Our customer relationships are long term and involve world class sales professionalism before, during and after the sale.


This position involves greeting new prospects, rapidly assessing their needs, creating custom promotional materials, creating a custom sales experience to help prospects select or design a new custom home, closing the sale, creating sales agreements and coordinating with the customer, our team and our suppliers throughout the entire purchase, construction and warranty process.

  • Ability To Obtain a Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Sales Representative Licensure Which Requires a Criminal Background Check

  • Strong Ability to CLOSE THE DEAL
  • A strong sales personality is a must. Direct custom home sales experience is not required.
  • Hands on experience or education in a related field is important
  • (such as design, a mechanical trade, home component systems, building codes, general construction, retail sales or project management). Real estate licensing is not required.
